    The Works

THE WORKS is a hands-on skilled trades competition built to measure what actually matters on a real jobsite: Safety, Professionalism, Teamwork, and Quality.

Hosted by Tradeworks Collective, THE WORKS brings students, schools, industry partners, and the community together to celebrate the trades and build a stronger workforce pipeline right here in Tennessee.

  • Group of construction workers wearing helmets and casual clothing working on building a wooden structure inside a large industrial space.
